Answer: On average, it takes 6-8 weeks for your mailing label to update. There is very little difference in processing in time between orders directly purchased through the publisher or through a subscription reseller, Synergy Subscriptions.


“Do you need to know when my subscription ends?”

Answer: No, you won’t lose anytime you currently have left. The publisher has you in their database and this renewal just adds right on to the end of your current service. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your mailing label to update.


“What happens if a publisher stops printing and mailing a magazine I purchased through you?”

Answer: Periodically, a publisher may fold or cease printing a title for various reasons. In the event of such an occurrence, the publisher will automatically switch your subscription over to a different magazine with comparable content. If in the event you are unsatisfied with this replacement, please contact us and we can offer you a different subscription.


“Will you need my ‘Subscription Number ‘ in order to process the order?”

Answer: No, the publishers will already have you in their database. All you need to do is ensure that the name and address we verified is the same as the name and address of your current subscription. The publisher will take care of the rest.


“How do I change the information on the shipping label?”

Answer: You should contact the publisher directly and inform them of any changes that need to be made. If you do not know the phone number or address of the publisher please, email us at for the appropriate phone number or call us at (877) 333-9809.


“What is the cancellation policy at Synergy Subscriptions?”

Answer: Synergy Subscriptions offers a 30 day cancellation policy.  Any cancellations 30 days from the date of your original order is subject to a prorated refund.  We do prepay for your service in advance and that is how we guarantee our rates. “I am receiving double copies, how can I resolve this problem?”

Answer: We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  Feel free to contact one of our team members at (877) 333-9809 or email us at to merge the two subscriptions together.  The publisher directly can also assist you by calling the toll free number on the editorial page.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for the merge to take effect.
